Update: Here’s the transcript of the Pioneer Woman’s awe inspiring, red-neck keynote from last weekend’s BlogHer13.
Set those DVRs now. The season’s most highly anticipated Pioneer Woman episode airs on Saturday. Ree Drummond promises the most groundbreaking menu in recent memory. Watch as she prepares a menu of scrambled eggs, grilled cheese and tomato soup. Recipes so original they’ve never before been published anywhere except here, here and here. Yeah right Ree, we’re all stupid enough to believe your family is lapping up smoked salmon, tomato soup with a cup of sherry in it and grilled cheese sandwiches made with provolone, cheddar and tomatoes.
In BlogHer13 news, the fake Pioneer Woman has arrived in Chicago and she’s already tweeting selfies of, get this, her freaking hair. Too bad her stylist can’t get that perfect shade of ketchup red. Then Ree could have that oh so creepy Cecily Kellogg look.
My new hair color. Less yellowy-blondey-orangey-red and more reddy-reddy-reddy red. Thank you for… http://t.co/mOG3sPXC00

Looks like Ree dressed to the nines for her BlogHer13 keynote…in red neck haute couture. Check out this instagram shot:
Compare the fake Pioneer Woman’s fashion sense with that of Sheryl Sandberg’s, COO of Facebook, who delivered the Saturday keynote at BlogHer13. On second thought, never mind:
Our thanks to AnotherCarol for doing the show recaps while Vera’s gone. Look for them in the comments section on Saturdays–they’re hilarious.
